These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pitch Pro Recruit (the "App"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Who can use the App

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

What Pitch Pro Recruit is — and isn't

Pitch Pro Recruit is a self-service tool that helps you organize your own college soccer recruiting process: searching publicly available coach contact information, tracking schools you're interested in, managing your game schedule, and drafting recruiting emails that you choose to send yourself.

We are not a recruiting agency, a certified recruiting service, or an agent, and we don't act on your behalf in any communication with coaches or schools. We don't guarantee that using the App will result in being recruited, contacted by a coach, or offered a roster spot.

Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and the content of any emails you send.
• You're responsible for complying with any recruiting rules that apply to you, including NCAA (or other governing body) contact-period and communication rules. The App is designed to help you avoid common compliance issues, but it's your responsibility to follow the rules that apply to your specific sport, division, and situation.
• You agree not to use the App to send spam, harassing messages, or misleading information to coaches or schools.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Premium subscriptions

• Certain features (such as unlimited saved schools and direct email sending) require a paid Premium subscription, billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are shown at checkout before you complete a purchase. We may change subscription pricing going forward, but changes won't apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for.

Refund policy

All Premium subscription payments are non-refundable, including partial-month or partial-year periods. Canceling stops future billing, but you won't be charged again — you keep Premium access through the end of the period you already paid for. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a billing bug), email us at the address below and we'll look into it.

Coach contact information

Coach names, emails, and related information shown in the App are sourced from publicly available official athletics websites. We do our best to keep this information accurate and up to date, but coaching staff changes frequently — we can't guarantee that every contact is current, and we're not responsible for outcomes if an email doesn't reach the intended person.

Account termination

You can stop using the App and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the App, or that we reasonably believe belong to a user under 13.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular recruiting outcome will result from using it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pitch Pro Recruit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any recruiting outcome, missed opportunity, or communication issue with a coach or school.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
