Pitch Pro Recruit ("we," "our," or "us") helps high school soccer players organize their college recruiting — searching coach contacts, tracking target schools, managing a game schedule, and sending recruiting emails. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Who can use Pitch Pro Recruit

Pitch Pro Recruit is intended for users 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a user under 13 has created an account, contact us at the email below and we will delete it.

Information we collect

When you create an account and use the app, we collect:

Account information: your email address, and a password (if you sign up with email) or basic profile info from Google (if you sign in with Google).
Recruiting profile: first and last name, gender, positions played, graduation year, GPA, club team name, phone number, jersey number, intended major, and a link to your highlight video (we store the link you provide, not the video itself).
Recruiting activity: the schools you save to your target list, your contact status and notes for each school, your game schedule, and a log of actions you take in the app (for example, "sent email to [school]").
Email content: the subject and body of recruiting emails you generate or send through the Email Suite, including any details you type into the optional prompts.
Payment information: if you subscribe to Premium, payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — we only receive your subscription status (active, canceled, etc.) from Stripe.

How we use your information

To operate the core features of the app — coach search, your target list, your schedule, and generating recruiting emails.
To send you automated email reminders when it's been a while since you last contacted a school on your list (you can see this activity reflected in your account).
To process Premium subscription payments and manage your subscription status.
To maintain and improve the app, and to respond if you contact us for support.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not use your data for advertising.

Who we share information with

We use the following service providers to run the app. Each only receives the information necessary to perform its function:

Google Firebase — hosts the app, stores your account and profile data (Firestore database), and handles sign-in.
Stripe — processes Premium subscription payments. Stripe has its own privacy policy.
SendGrid (Twilio) — delivers the automated follow-up reminder emails sent to your own inbox.
Google Analytics — helps us understand how the app is used (for example, which pages get visited and which buttons get clicked), using cookies and similar technology. Google Analytics does not receive your recruiting profile, email content, or payment information.
Sentry — alerts us automatically when the app encounters an error, so we can find and fix bugs. We've deliberately left session replay and detailed activity tracking off.

Separately, when you use the Email Suite to email a coach, that email is sent directly from your own email application (via a standard "mailto" link) — Pitch Pro Recruit does not send it on your behalf or store a copy on our servers beyond the activity log noting that you sent it.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, email us at the address below and we will process the request.

Your choices

You can review and update most of your profile information at any time from the Profile page in the app.
You can cancel a Premium subscription at any time; your account reverts to the free tier and you retain access to your data.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
